Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when we send you a confirmation naming the vehicle class and the quoted rate.

Rates

Quoted rates are flat and all-in: tolls, airport fees and parking are included. Gratuity is not included, is never added automatically and is not required. A stop added on the day and waiting past the free window are quoted to you before they are charged; cleaning after a ride may be billed separately.

Cancellation

Cancel free of charge up to 2 hours before pickup. Inside that, call us; the fare may be charged.
