Reservations

A reservation is confirmed when we send you a confirmation naming the vehicle class and the quoted rate.

Rates

Quoted rates are flat and include tolls and airport fees. Gratuity is not included and is never added automatically. Additional stops, extended wait time and cleaning may be billed separately.

Cancellation

Cancel free of charge outside the window stated in your confirmation. Inside it, the full fare may be charged.
