Information we collect

What you give us to book a ride and to be reached about it: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off, flight number, and any message you send. If you open an account, its sign-in details. A card left for a ride is held by Stripe, our payment processor;Ace Black Car keeps only the card's brand and last four digits.

How we use it

To quote, schedule and complete your ride, to charge the fare when the ride is done, and to reach you about it. We do not sell personal information.

Who else handles it

Stripe for payments, Google for address lookup, Vonage for the code texted to verify a phone number, Brevo for email, and Cloudflare for hosting and the bot check. Each sees only what its job needs.

Retention

Ride records are kept as long as required for tax and insurance purposes; contact messages are kept until resolved.
