Where will my chauffeur meet me at O'Hare?
Curbside at the lower, arrivals level of your terminal, after you text that you have your bags. With meet and greet, a $80 option when you book, inside baggage claim with a name board: Terminal 5 for international flights.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track the tail number and move the pickup with it. No rebooking, no delay fee, and 120 minutes of free wait from actual landing.
Are tolls, parking and gratuity extra?
No. The flat rate you confirm is all-in: Tollway tolls, airport fees and parking are already in it, and gratuity is not required or expected. The two things that can change it are a stop you add on the day and waiting past the free window, and we quote both before they are charged.
Can I get a child seat, or take a dog?
We don't supply child seats: bring your child's own, and say so when you book so the chauffeur leaves room for it. We don't take pets; service animals are always welcome.
