How booking works
Four steps, and a person at every one
The form takes the trip and prices it; people do the rest. Every booking is read by dispatch before a car is assigned, and every ride has a chauffeur who texts you, not an app that pings you.
- 01
Enter your trip
Pickup, drop-off, the terminal if an airport is involved, and when. A return ride goes in with it and is booked as a ride of its own. Party size comes with the car.
- 02
See your price
Every ride prices as soon as both ends are in: our published routes from the rate table, any other address by the mile. One all-in number per car, before you choose. A ride with stops is quoted by a dispatcher, usually within the hour.
- 03
Get your confirmation
A person reviews the booking, not an algorithm, and texts back to confirm the ride, the chauffeur and the fare.
- 04
Ride day
Your chauffeur texts before pickup and again on arrival. Dispatch watches the trip to the drop-off, and nothing is charged until the ride is done.
